Location near the train station was a real plus. The huge room impressed me. It was well-cleaned, spacious, and had ample amenities like a microwave, which made dining in easy. Despite being on a busy road, I enjoyed the quiet ambiance. Owner’s hospitality stood out, providing helpful info about the area. the TV reception didn’t work well during downtime. the door to my room needed some attention as it didn't stay properly closed. it was a comforting and homey place to recharge after exploring Lincoln.

i stayed at hollies guest house for 3 nights and it exceeded all my expectations. the room was cozy, warm, and had everything i needed. being across from a sainsbury’s for last-minute supplies was a bonus!
